Youth Spring Training Acceleration Programs

10U-14U: 5-Week Sessions

A 5-week skill-specific small group training model to accelerate your athlete's development as they prepare to launch into their season.

Open to athletes 10U-14U.

Coaches will provide weekly small group sessions with emphasis on pitching and hitting.

This 5-week progression format will provide more personalized instruction in an accessible format focused on high quality reps and creating positive body patterns to accelerate their development.

 

Highlights...

>> Mondays and/or Wednesdays starting March 31
>> 5-week small group lesson model
>> 4:1 player to coach ratio.
>> 1-hour sessions: Pitching & Hitting options
>> 5 time slots available, beginning at 4pm.
>> Select time slots that work best for your schedule.
>> Structured lessons that increase reps + productivity
